Your future duties and responsibilities: The Voucher Training and Compliance Specialist develops and delivers training to new and existing CGI PBCA team partners on all processes related to Voucher Processing. This role creates training materials, supports partner mentoring and development activities, coordinates workshops, maintains vouchering documentation and eLearning content, and ensures all materials reflect current HUD requirements, policies, procedures, and software updates. The Specialist also creates new training as policies, procedures, and system enhancements evolve. Under the direction of the Voucher Training and Compliance Manager, the Specialist is responsible for carrying out training functions for assigned jurisdictions and developing voucher-related training materials aligned with CGI partner roles and expectations. Responsibilities include: . Creating new trainings as policies, procedures, system features, or HUD guidance evolve . Supporting mentoring and development activities for new and existing partners . Delivering in-person trainings and workshops as needed, providing a professional, engaging, and supportive learning environment for team partners . Conducting virtual trainings and meetings on camera as required, maintaining a professional and engaging presence in all live sessions . Updating procedural manuals in response to major policy, procedure, or vouchering software changes . Updating voucher training PowerPoints to ensure current processes are included in new hire training . Maintaining written documentation of training materials, class rosters, evaluations, and assessment results . Updating and monitoring tracking databases to support reporting and ensure ISO 9001 compliance . Collaborating with the Voucher Training and Compliance Manager and Business Operations Analyst on testing and development of system enhancements . Reporting issues related to timely voucher processing . Maintaining strong working relationships with Operations Managers, Finance Managers, Quality Assurance Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Technical Skills: . Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite . Adobe Captivate experience preferred . Information systems knowledge . Accounting and record-keeping skills . Strong professional and analytical skills Core Competencies: . Ability to coach, mentor, review, and evaluate operations staff . Ability to write assessments and evaluations for new and existing team partners . Ability to support partner development through ongoing guidance, skill-building, and training follow-up . Ability to prepare instructional materials, and present information effectively in both group and one-on-one settings . Ability to interpret guidance and regulationsu2014even with limited prior subject knowledgeu2014and translate them into accurate policies, procedures, and training materials . Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing operations manuals, training materials, and eLearning modules. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: . The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $35,200.00 - $77,400.00.
