As a Product Owner II within PNC's Enterprise Fraud organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL. This position will directly support Pindrop voice recognition software used in PNCs IVR, Care Center and Fraud Operations centers. Preferred qualifications include: u2022 A self-starter, you think in terms of outcomes, not just outputs. Youu2019re comfortable navigating ambiguity and you balance speed with quality in a high-trust, high-impact environment. u2022 Flexible and out-of-the-box thinker, driven to understand and solve problems. u2022 Comfortable incorporating customer feedback, usage data, and operational metrics into backlog and prioritization decisions. u2022 Preferred exposure to security, fraud detection, identity, AI/ML, Contact Center or enterprise SaaS platforms. Experienced working with voice recognition software tools (Example: Pindrop, Respeecher, Resemble AI or AMAI) u2022 Familiar with Agile methodology and the role the Product Owner plays as part of a scrum team. u2022 Hands on experience working in a SAFe or other scaled Agile framework and Product Owner role. u2022 Strong understanding of Scrum team execution and backlog management u2022 Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives u2022 Transform the high-level vision of the product manager into detailed requirements with experience translating strategy into executable stories and incremental value. u2022 Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technically complex products u2022 Maintain delivery roadmap. u2022 Work with scrum team to provide estimates on work efforts to Product Manager and partners. u2022 Organize demos when applicable. u2022 Manage backlog and execution risks and mitigation thereof. u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills. u2022 Open to learning new tools and techniques, data retrieval and visualization methods to achieve team goals. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value. + Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives. + Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog. + Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s). + Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000.00 u2013 $119,025.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
