Join us Job Description: This job is responsible for contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing limited coding, testing, and metadata management to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement under guided supervision. Job expectations include interacting primarily with internal team, providing support for platforms and operations. Lead the end-to-end execution of direct mail programsu2014from development through production release. Youu2019ll manage multiple concurrent campaigns, partner across internal teams and external partners, and ensure all deliverables are met. This is a hands-on role focused on execution excellence, campaign versioning, and continuous improvement. Youu2019ll play a key part in achieving channel performance and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. Required Qualifications: + Direct mail production experience with strong print and mail expertise; capable of managing campaign and project execution. + Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive work with third-party suppliers. + Strong communication skills. + Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and high-volume projects in dynamic environments while meeting deadlines and business objectives. + Skilled in problem identification, analysis, and resolution with independence and urgency. + Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat; quick to learn and adapt to bank applications supporting direct mail program management.
