Our client, a leading technology organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Software Engineering support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for learning, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Software Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? + Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning. + Review and analyze complex Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. + Contribute to resolving issues and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables. + Design, code, test, debug, and document projects aligned with enterprise standards. + Lead or support initiatives that push AI adoption and AI-powered applications across the organization. What's Needed? + 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. + Experience with Java/Spring development. + Proficiency in React, Python, and Angular. + Hands-on experience with Lang Graph and multi-agent orchestration systems. + Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
