Silver Creek Valley Country Club, located in San Jose, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Pilates Mat Group Exercise instructor We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Position Highlights: Teach Group Floor Mat Pilates 1 day per week Monday, Wednesday, or Friday at 9amCompensation: $55 - $60 per hour (hourly and commission combined)Responsibilities: Lead safe, structured mat Pilates classes for mixed fitness levels Demonstrate exercises clearly and offer modifications/regressions/progressions Cue proper alignment, breathing, and control (core principles of Pilates) Keep classes engaging, paced well, and on timeQualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience teaching mat Pilates classes in a studio, gym, or group fitness setting Current Pilates certification from a recognized program (mat certification required; comprehensive certification a plus) Strong understanding of Pilates principles (alignment, core engagement, breathwork, control) Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before starting) Excellent verbal cueing and communication skills Ability to create safe, engaging, and well-structured class sequences Reliable, punctual, and able to manage class flow independently Comfortable working in a group fitness environment Why Join Us?Work in a welcoming country club environment with members who prioritize wellnessTo Apply:Please submit your resume along with your availability.
