If Treasury Coordinator sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now Responsibilities for a Treasury Coordinator include but are not limited to: + Manage and monitor the Global Treasury Inbox by researching inquiries, reconciling requests, and routing communications to the appropriate Treasury team members + Review, validate, and enter payment requests into online banking portals while ensuring compliance with treasury controls and proper authorization + Assist Treasury Management and Analysts with bank reconciliations, cash-related research, and reporting + Support the monthly intercompany netting process, including uploading payment files, tracking settlements, and performing post-netting balancing + Provide back-up support for Americas Netting activities, including services for North and Latin America + Prepare treasury-related bank documentation such as certified check requests, return authorization letters, and check affidavit forms + Maintain repetitive payment instructions and assist with check and ACH positive pay exceptions + Archive Treasury documentation electronically and assist with internal bank signature audits + Build spreadsheets and perform analysis using Microsoft Excel + Perform additional treasury-related projects as assigned Candidates for Treasury Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered: + Entry-level position; ideal for recent graduates or current college students pursuing a degree in Finance + High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bacheloru2019s Degree preferred + Preferred areas of study include Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business, or related fields + Basic understanding of financial concepts and online banking platforms + Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills + Preferred certification such as CTP or interest in obtaining certification What's in this Treasury Coordinator position for you? + Pay: $23.00 u2013 $25.00 per hour + Shift: Monday u2013 Friday, 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This Treasury Coordinator position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
