What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Lead end-to-end program execution: Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure and software projects, from concept through deployment. u2022 Drive cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with RAN, hardware, software, and systems integration teamsu2014plus external vendorsu2014to deliver on schedule and at scale. u2022 Own technical risk management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, particularly in network deployments. u2022 Translate strategy into action: Align technical deliverables with broader business objectives, operational priorities, and long-term timelines. u2022 Communicate with impact: Provide clear, actionable status updates, dashboards, and briefings to stakeholders and Senior leadership. Top Skills' DetailsPosition Requirements: u2022 Clearance: Must have a Public Trust clearance. u2022 Education & Credentials: Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems is required. u2022 Technical Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure planning. u2022 Program Leadership: 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects, including large-scale or multi-million-dollar initiatives. u2022 Networking Expertise: Strong command of core networking protocols, including BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv6. u2022 Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with optical networking, data center environments, and server-level hardware deployments. u2022 Cloud & Virtualization: Working knowledge of cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). u2022 Capacity & Financial Planning: Proven ability to model network growth, optimize capacity, and align technical decisions with budget con Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, VA.
