Restore.u201d and our core values of People, Excellence, Ownership out regularly so it doesnu2019t feel like other manufacturing environments. u00a0 What Youu2019ll Do (handsu2011on work) + Work in a work cell team on our temperatureu2011controlled production floor on one of our high-volume product lines. + Use hand tools and soldering irons (we train you) to repair and upgrade automotive and heavy-duty vehicle circuit boards. + Replace faulty components and rework boards so theyu2019re better than new. + Follow clear repair instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures (PPE provided, as needed). u00a0 No Electronics Background?u00a0 + Thatu2019s okay Weu2019ll train you from the ground up as long as youu2019re willing to work hard and learn on the job.u00a0 u00a0 What weu2019re looking for (Qualifications & Fit) + Entry level: u00a0Some work history is strongly preferred (any handsu2011on, production, warehouse, restaurant, retail, or similar work). + No prior experience: electronics or soldering experience is not required, just a willingness to learn and a desire to work hard. + Reliability: on time and consistent attendance.
