Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our clients with higher-level personal care needs in their homes. This role is ideal for CNAs who want flexible scheduling while continuing to use their clinical skills in a one-on-one care setting. Responsibilities Provide hands-on personal care in accordance with CNA scope of practice Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols Provide companionship and promote client dignity and comfort Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed Run errands and provide transportation when required Qualifications Active CNA license in Indiana or Michigan (as applicable) Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred Valid driveru2019s license and current auto insurance Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, professional, and dependable Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as required Schedule Immediate work available All shifts available Full-time and part-time opportunities Opportunities to work on more than one case Minimum of 40 hours per month required to remain active Training & Support Paid onboarding and orientation Ongoing training and clinical support On-site support with a Caregiver Mentor PPE provided Continuing education and professional development opportunities Pay & Incentives Competitive CNA pay rates $300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days(Must work 25+ hours per week and remain compliant) $100 Employee Referral Bonus Same-day pay available with Tapcheck 401(k) with up to 4% company match Weekend on-call opportunities $175 stipend plus hourly pay if called into the field Benefits Paid orientation Paid training Paid time off Flexible schedule Safety equipment provided Employee assistance program Referral program 401(k) with 4% company match Service Areas We proudly serve: Elkhart and St. Joseph County, Indiana Berrien and Cass Counties, Michigan South Bend and Mishawaka areas Apply Today
