This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air qualityAct as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutionsGenerate leads and schedule free in-home consultationsEnter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialistsRepresent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presenceSupport in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members Qualifications: What You Need:Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppersRetail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)Ability to stand and walk during shiftsWeekend and some holiday availabilityReliable transportationClean, professional appearance representing the ARS brandAbility to attend weekly in-office meetingsEmployment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable lawFor questions about the role, you may contact our management team at 301-440-6967.Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
