Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures preferred, including assistive device training, transfer mechanics, fall risk assessment, and restorative nursing programs.Current CPR/BLS certification preferred (if not listed as required). Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift: Days.Shift days: Monday through Friday.
