Job Summary The Senior Director of Dining Services (Sr. DDS) at St. Margaretu2019s Episcopal School provides strategic and operational leadership for the schoolu2019s comprehensive dining program, including multiple daily meal services and a full-service catering operation. This role ensures an exceptional, safe, and nurturing foodservice experience for students, faculty, staff, families, and guests. Serving as the primary point of contact for school leadership on all dining-related matters, the Sr. DDS leads on-site teams to deliver high-quality, mission-aligned dining experiences across academic-day meals, special programs, events, and campus catering. The position is responsible for overall planning, direction, and execution of dining and catering operations, balancing operational excellence, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and strong relationship management in a dynamic school environment.
