Junior Accountant

Description Weu2019re looking for a Junior Accountant to join a growing SaaS company where accuracy, scalability, and process matter. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to modern accounting systems, subscription-based revenue models, and a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Youu2019ll support core accounting functions while learning how financial operations scale within a high-growth business. RESPONSIBILITIES + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes + Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger + Perform bank and account reconciliations + Support accounts receivable, including invoicing and revenue tracking + Assist with revenue recognition processes (ASC 606 exposure preferred) + Maintain accurate financial records and documentation + Support audits and financial reporting requirements + Collaborate with finance and operations teams Requirements Experience & Education + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 1u20133 years of accounting experience or relevant internships Technical Skills & Software + Accounting Software: NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar (preferred) + Billing Platforms: Stripe, Zuora, or similar (preferred) + Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas (required) Core Competencies + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Analytical mindset and willingness to learn Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
