Office Assistant

Description This is a hands-on role within a fulfillment and warehouse operation. Youu2019ll be responsible for preparing and shipping customer orders, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting our operations manager with day-to-day tasks. The right person is organized, dependable, and pays close attention to detail. Over time, thereu2019s potential for this position to grow into a broader operations support role. Responsibilities: u00b7 Pick, inspect, and pack customer orders with care and accuracy. u00b7 Check items for quality (no loose threads, stains, or visible flaws). u00b7 Print packing slips, verify addresses, and manage shipments via USPS, DHL, and FedEx. u00b7 Organize and maintain inventory, including counting and restocking as needed. u00b7 Assist with updates to product listings and inventory quantities in our system. u00b7 Keep the workspace clean and organized, including taking out trash and preparing shipments. u00b7 Communicate with customers under the direction of the operations manager. u00b7 Run errands or drop off shipments as needed. u00b7 Support the team wherever help is needed - flexibility and teamwork are key. Requirements u00b7 Prior experience working in retail is a plus but not required. u00b7 Proven reliability and punctuality - you show up and follow through. u00b7 Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right. u00b7 Excellent organization skills - you enjoy keeping things in order. u00b7 Positive attitude and willingness to help out in all areas. u00b7 Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. u00b7 Valid driveru2019s license and your own transportation. u00b7 Prior fulfillment or warehouse experience is preferred but not required, weu2019ll train the right person.
