Cardiac Social Worker

This is a great opportunity for early-career social workers or those working toward LCSW licensure to gain hands-on inpatient experience in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital setting. Location Palo Alto, CA About the Role This MSW-level role supports patients and families navigating complex medical conditions in an inpatient setting. Youu2019ll partner with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychosocial support, care coordination, and discharge planning. This role required recent inpatient hospital experience and EPIC proficiency , along with the ability to start quickly. This a medical role, not a mental health role. Pay The anticipated wage for this position is between $48 and $55 per hour. Hourly rate depends on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
