Adecco is hiring for a Registered Dietician position in Los Angeles, CA. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below Registered Dietitian (Full-Time) Salary Range: $70,464 u2013 $104,779 Position Overview The Registered Dietitian provides comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified as being at nutritional risk. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nutrition education and care plans, and supporting organizational nutrition program goals. The Dietitian also evaluates and adapts services to meet changing patient populations and community needs. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Duties + Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments + Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans + Monitor patient progress and response to dietary interventions + Adjust care plans and obtain provider orders as needed + Provide nutrition education to patients and families + Evaluate effectiveness of dietary programs and recommend improvements Documentation & Compliance + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records + Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards + Utilize EHR systems (Epic preferred) for patient records Collaboration & Communication + Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams + Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff + Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Operations & Program Support + Support organizational mission, vision, and values + Participate in training, seminars, and continuing education + Contribute to quality improvement initiatives + Maintain flexibility to work across locations and schedules (including evenings/weekends) Qualifications Education & Experience + Bacheloru2019s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field + Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible (ADA) + Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred + Experience in community clinics or diverse populations preferred + Experience with Epic EHR strongly preferred + Bilingual Spanish highly preferred Core Skills & Competencies Communication & Interpersonal Skills + Strong verbal and written communication + Active listening, empathy, and professionalism + Ability to manage conflict effectively Analytical & Critical Thinking + Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills + Ability to analyze patient data and adapt care plans + Problem-solving in dynamic healthcare environments Technical Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Experience with OCHIN Epic EHR systems Mathematical & Reasoning Skills + Ability to calculate percentages, proportions, and basic financial figures + Apply basic algebra and problem-solving skills in clinical settings Work Environment & Physical Requirements Physical Demands + Frequent standing, walking, and sitting + Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs + Ability to use hands and arms for routine tasks + Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching + Visual acuity (close vision, color vision, focus adjustment) required Work Environment + Generally low noise levels with occasional high background noise + Must be able to concentrate in busy, multi-conversation settings Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $104,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
