If you are a skilled and motivated individual looking to contribute to this growing team, APPLY today General Responsibilities The Production Planner position is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective manufacturing and delivery of products. This role coordinates across departments, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to balance demand and capacity, optimize resource use, and maintain smooth production flow. Key Responsibilities + Create and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets. + Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials and components are available to meet production requirements, prevent shortages or excess inventory. + Monitor production performance and adjust plans in response to address delays, equipment issues, or changes in demand. + Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials and finished goods. + Maintain accurate data in ERP system, ensuring production orders and material requirements are current. + Generate and distribute production reports, schedules, and performance metrics to stakeholders. + Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and reduce lead times. Required Qualifications + 2-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations (manufacturing environment preferred). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems + Excellent organizational and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. + Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. + Experience with demand forecasting and capacity planning. + Proficiency with excel or other data-analysis tools.
