Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to join the IT department of an AM 100 law firm. This role requires a highly motivated, proactive individual who can step into the position with little to no ramp up time. The scope of responsibility is narrowly focused on desktop application support and new system implementations within a Windows client/server environment. The individual will provide support on level 3 escalations. Responsibilities also include supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of desktop and client/server systems while operating primarily in a Windows based environment. The role places a strong emphasis on a customer service first mindset, with regular interaction and support for a diverse user base. The individual must be able to adapt their communication and support approach based on the audience and situation, with a focus on improving the end user experience and positively shifting the perception of the IT support team through strong service and professionalism. Responsibilities -Contribute to a customer-first culture that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. Consistently provide courteous, knowledgeable, and timely support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy. -Identify gaps throughout the 3 tier system currently in place, and be able to confidently and autonomously solve for them -Understand how all the systems and applications are related at a higher level, and be able to operate in a dynamic technical environment -This role will be dealing with a variety of technical problems including lifecycle of applications, SSO, Autopilot, servers, etc. so the right candidate must be equipped to handle it all. -Administer, support, and maintain enterprise legal and productivity applications, including document management, conflicts, time entry, and related systems. -Manage the full lifecycle of over 300 legal and productivity applications including configuration, deployment, updates, patching, monitoring, and user support. -Support some enterprise-wide endpoint management efforts using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), SCCM, and Autopilot. -Configure and maintain Windows OS deployments, application packaging, and automated software distribution. -Partner with application owners and vendors to evaluate new solutions, test updates, and coordinate upgrades or decommissioning. -Participate in technical planning for application and system upgrades, lifecycle management, and migration to cloud-based solutions. -Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for system architecture, deployment standards, and operational procedures. -Provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents related to enterprise systems and endpoints. This role is hybrid, 2 days in the firm's center city Philadelphia office.
