Our client in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Toll Collector to join their team. As a Toll Collector, you will be providing Customer Service to those traveling across the Toll Bridge. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a Team Player attitude. This will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Toll Collector (Part Time) Location: Tacoma, WA Pay Range: $18.50/hour Shift Schedule: 16 - 24 hours a week. Must have Open Availability. Schedule includes nights, morning, afternoons, Weekends and Holidays. Whatu2019s the Job? + Manages the traffic in lane by classifying each vehicle accurately and collecting the correct toll. + Provides correct change to cash customers. + Maintains his/her change fund per Toll Operations procedures. + Adheres to all policies and procedures and other documents or manuals that relate to Toll Collection Policies and Procedures. + Adheres to PCI-DSS position requirements as identified in the Toll Bridge Cardholder Data Network Policies and Procedures Manual. Whatu2019s Needed? + At least 6 months of previous cashiering experience + Customer Service Experience + Open Availability + recording, reporting and depositing of toll revenue.
