Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. + Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations, with attention to unusual activity and property conditions. + Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and support compliance with community rules, post orders, and access control procedures. + Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a professional presence, communicating clearly with residents and/or local authorities when needed, and following all post instructions for assigned locations. Minimum Requirements: + Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree. + Be at least 21 years of age. + Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Participate in industry-specific security training programs. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
