This role delivers premium, high-touch customer service across multiple channels while assisting with customer care, vehicle technology, connected services, and EV-related support. Advisors serve as trusted brand ambassadors in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. Schedule Requirements + Monu2013Fri: 8:00 AMu20139:00 PM EST + Sat: 9:00 AMu20139:00 PM EST + Must be flexible to work any assigned 8u2011hour shift within these hours + No 6-day workweeks.
