Senior Project Engineer

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee and drive the successful execution of critical IT projects within our organization. This role requires a motivated individual with strong attention to detail who excels at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project alignment with business goals, and delivering results on time and within budget. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives and timelines. u2022 Coordinate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and resolve project challenges effectively. u2022 Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders. u2022 Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes. u2022 Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies. u2022 Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards. u2022 Facilitate effective communication across teams using tools such as Atlassian Jira. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management. u2022 Ensure all project deliverables align with organizational goals and client expectations. u2022 Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Requirements u2022 Hold a PMP certification or equivalent credential in project management. u2022 Demonstrate expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and IT project management. u2022 Possess strong proficiency with project management tools, including Atlassian Jira. u2022 Bring a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within a fast-paced environment. u2022 Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands. u2022 Display outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across teams. u2022 Have experience in risk assessment and developing mitigation strategies. u2022 Show adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
