Description Job Title: Supply Management Specialist Location: Waterloo, IA (onsite, split between two manufacturing locations) Schedule: 1st shift, start time between 6:00u20137:00 AM, minimal overtime Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing organization in Waterloo, IA to hire a Supply Management Specialist to support dayu2011tou2011day supply chain and materials coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth movement of raw castings between internal operations and external machined casting suppliers, working closely with both internal stakeholders and supplier partners. What Youu2019ll Do: + Serve as the primary liaison coordinating raw casting movement between internal manufacturing operations and external suppliers + Manage and analyze daily inventory reports shared with suppliers + Create demand forecasts and pastu2011due order reports for key suppliers + Monitor material flow, identify issues, and support resolution efforts + Collaborate crossu2011functionally with supply chain, operations, and supplier partners Additional Details: + Role is fully onsite and split between two Waterloo manufacturing locations + Travel between locations using a personal vehicle is required + Visa sponsorship is not available + Metatarsal shoes will be required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their supply management experience in a handsu2011on manufacturing environment while working closely with both internal teams and external suppliers.
