The role focuses primarily on order processing and customer interaction for catalog customers, while larger, multi-million-dollar projects are handled by the sales and project management teams. Key responsibilities u00b7 Accurately enter and process customer orders and returns using the company ERP system u00b7 Serve as the primary point of contact for catalog-based B2B customers u00b7 Coordinate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure order accuracy u00b7 Review pricing, taxes, and order details to ensure complete and correct documentation u00b7 Maintain organized records and manage multiple orders simultaneously What we are looking for - u00b7 Prior order entry or customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred u00b7 Experience with any ERP system (Aptean Intuitive, SAP, or similar) u00b7 Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail u00b7 Ability to learn and retain extensive product information u00b7 Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) u00b7 Comfortable performing basic calculations, including taxes u00b7 Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure Adecco Staffing is a global employment agency offering Temp, Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions, while offering great benefits to our temporary Associates.
