Description: The Marketing Community Manager will exceed the expectations of all Bunkhouse customers, internal and external, in a multitude of tasks that include, taking charge in all outward facing marketing efforts for Hotel Magdalena, Summer on Music Lane, and Equipment Room to ensure that all deliverables uphold Bunkhouseu2019s brand standards. A Marketing Community Manager must develop and maintain the companyu2019s culture, values, and reputation in the public eye, and with all staff, guests, vendors, and partners. This individual must promote the Bunkhouse Mission in all actions and decisions and are accountable to the overall team. Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision. Job Responsibilities: u00b7 Lead monthly marketing meetings with hotel, restaurant, and bar team to ensure their needs are met, on brand and within budget for all collateral, event, digital, PR, photography, room promotions and more. u00b7 Develop and manage a content/social media calendar for three accounts (Hotel Magdalena, Summer on Music Lane Equipment Room), receiving approvals from the corporate team. u00b7 Photograph occasional marketing assets for F B specials, retail, events and more. u00b7 Assist in producing larger scale internal photo shoots (creating shot lists, coordinating with property team to ensure all props, glassware, etc. is in house, working on set to make sure photography looks on brand for the hotel/F B outlets) u00b7 Manage logistics for external photoshoot/video requests that are approved by the corporate team. u00b7 Work with Bunkhouse art team on project managing collateral needs (operational, event, menu updates, etc.) u00b7 Organize, manage, and develop marketing and programming calendar for the full year. u00b7 Work with Field Marketing team to ensure digital assets are up to date. u00b7 Manage website updates. u00b7 Submit email blast features for Bunkhouse newsletters. u00b7 Create and send monthly property emails marketing the hotel and its outlets. u00b7 Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure they have the collateral needed. u00b7 Assist in PR needs, including press stays, coordinating room drops, gathering press quotes and more. u00b7 Get creative when it comes to event ideas, partnerships and programming efforts and support hotel operations during need periods.
