Position Summary + This position supports the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) programs. + Primary responsibilities include supporting websites and digital assets, member communications, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. + This role will have a focus on educating federal employees and retirees to grow Aetnau2019s Federal and Postal plans. Responsibilities + Learn and understand FEHB/PSHB plans and benefits in order to effectively and simply educate federal employees and retirees on their options. + Support member communications and marketing efforts such as the maintenance of SharePoint database and QuickBase tools. + Assist with managing website updates process and develop/write content for web updates. Will be required to track and update digital content on federal websites using WordPress Elementor. + Coordinate moving materials through a multi-step compliance review process. + Assist with managing several platforms and systems that support virtual lead generation capabilities, including Salesforce and Cvent. + Coordinate participation in virtual health fairs, including staffing. + Participate in Open Enrollment sales activities such as phone appointments, live chat, webinars, and in-person meetings. Required Qualifications + 1+ years of health insurance experience + At least 2 years of experience with digital content creation and/or direct to consumer marketing + Have or obtain state Health Insurance License + Experience with marketing technology platforms (eg. Salesforce, Cvent, Live Person, and Time Trade) + Flexibility is a nonnegotiable, specifically the ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities + Strong organizational skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications + 3-5 years of health insurance experience Education + Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or High School Diploma and equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
