This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional eager to make a tangible impact and grow within a forward-thinking organization.Required Skills:- Minimum 5 years of supply chain or sourcing experience, with a focus on procurement and vendor management.- Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (macros/VBA) and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor and internal partnerships.- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Solid understanding of supply chain systems, S&OP processes, and inventory planning.Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with MRP systems such as o9 or SAP.- Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and performance reporting.- Previous experience working within the retail or consumer electronics sectors.- Certification in supply chain management or procurement is a plus.Preferred Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.- Prior experience in supply planning, procurement, or sourcing roles within a large organization.Other Requirements:- Onsite presence required daily to support collaborative team efforts.- Ability to lead meetings and provide clear, actionable reports.- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and systems.Fuel your career growth by joining a team committed to excellence and innovation.
