Responsibilities u00b7 Lead, mentor, and manage software engineers across multiple agile teams u00b7 Drive delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives across the full software development lifecycle u00b7 Partner with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders to define priorities and deliver high-impact solutions u00b7 Provide technical oversight, including reviewing code, guiding design decisions, and ensuring alignment with engineering standards u00b7 Ensure engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and secure development standards u00b7 Support and help administer development tools and quality platforms (e.g., SonarQube) to maintain high code quality and visibility u00b7 Champion the adoption of AI tools and techniques to improve developer productivity and software quality u00b7 Support system design and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance u00b7 Oversee planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams u00b7 Identify and remove obstacles to enable team success and maintain delivery momentum u00b7 Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance management of engineering talent u00b7 Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement u00b7 Guide teams in building and maintaining integrations with external customer systems and services Requirements u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience u00b7 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing engineering teams u00b7 Strong technical background in web application development using Java, Angular, AWS, and SQL-based data systems u00b7 Demonstrated experience applying AI tools or capabilities within the software development lifecycle u00b7 Proven ability to coach and develop engineers at varying levels of experience u00b7 Ability to review, understand, and provide guidance on complex codebases u00b7 Experience with code quality and development tools (e.g., SonarQube or similar platforms) u00b7 Proven experience managing multiple teams and balancing competing priorities u00b7 Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code quality u00b7 Experience working in Agile environments and driving delivery across cross-functional teams u00b7 Experience with application security and secure software development practices u00b7 Understanding of penetration testing concepts and processes u00b7 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications u00b7 Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., AWS QuickSight) u00b7 Experience designing and implementing customer integrations (APIs, data exchange, third-party systems) u00b7 Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and large-scale distributed systems u00b7 Experience driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices across teams u00b7 Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
