Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced finance team on a contract basis. This role supports high-volume payables across multiple entities and requires strong attention to detail and experience with systems like NetSuite and Coupa. Responsibilities: u2022 Process high-volume AP transactions accurately and on time u2022 Review and code invoices across complex GL structures u2022 Manage payments and approvals within AP systems u2022 Handle expense reports and ensure policy compliance u2022 Resolve vendor and internal inquiries related to billing and payments u2022 Assist with cash applications and reconciliations u2022 Maintain accurate records in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment Requirements u2022 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment u2022 Experience with NetSuite required u2022 Coupa preferred; or Tipalti also considered u2022 Comfortable with complex invoice coding and multi-segment GL structures u2022 Experience supporting multiple entities or business units u2022 Strong attention to detail with high transaction volumes u2022 Clear communication skills with vendors and internal teams Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
