Description Description: Weu2019re hiring an Accounting Assistant to join a fast-paced onsite team in San Francisco on a contract basis, with potential to convert. This role supports AR, AP, and general administrative functions in a deadline-driven environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and communicate effectively across teams. Responsibilities: + Process and code invoices accurately and on time + Support AR by posting payments, updating records, and applying adjustments + Assist with AP by entering invoices and verifying documentation + Prepare recurring reports for monthly and operational needs + Maintain vendor records and assist with onboarding new vendors + Respond to internal and external inquiries related to payments and accounts + Provide general administrative support to the accounting team + Help organize documentation, agreements, and filing systems + Assist with ad hoc projects as needed Requirements Requirements: + High school diploma required; associate degree preferred + 1u20132 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience + Basic knowledge of AP, AR, and invoice processing + Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting systems (e.g., Yardi is a plus) + Strong communication and customer service skills + Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities + Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
