Description: What You Will Be Doing: Be a part of the Digital Sustainment Analytics (DSA team at Lockheed Martin. The (DSA) Digital Tools and Engineering (DT&E) Team develops software and data solutions across the company portfolio. The DT&E Team is seeking an Associate Manager and ScrumMaster. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of software engineers and perform the role of ScrumMaster for DT&E. The position is located in Orlando, Florida. The primary qualifications and task requirements include but are not limited to: u2022 Performance management of the team against business goals, outcomes and program milestones u2022 Plan, track and execute the on-time delivery of technical products ensuring quality and adherence to contractual requirements u2022 Act as the ScrumMaster for development of DT&E technical products u2022 Develop and perform in depth briefings for LM senior management and external customers including participation in routine meetings and program reviews u2022 Interface with a variety of stakeholders including internal LM, subcontractors, and external government, engineering, finance and program management disciplines u2022 Demonstrate strong project/team leadership with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple sustainment and engineering disciplines u2022 Manage competing demands for resources to meet product due dates The selected candidate will also be responsible for written and verbal communication with customers internal and external to the company. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Proven project leadership and/or formal leadership experience with the ability to mentor new employees to quickly become meaningful team contributors u2022 ScrumMaster with 3+ years demonstrated experience in leading Agile software development teams and processes (product owner, product manager, etc.) u2022 Expertise in the software coding language and libraries (Python, Javascript, C++, NumPy, SimPy, etc.) u2022 Experience with software design, coding, build, and testing processes, workflows and feedback loops in quality management Desired Skills: u2022 Empathy, patience and a collaborative mindset u2022 Certified ScrumMaster u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills u2022 Subject Matter Expert in F-35 sustainment u2022 Agile DevSecOps experience u2022 Understanding/experience with human capital resource management u2022 Cost Account Manager (CAM)/Earned Value management experience/training u2022 Software code repository, pipeline tools and automation experience (CI/CD pipeline, GIT, etc.) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
