Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced attorney with expertise in commercial real estate to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while managing complex legal matters related to property acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing borrowers and lenders during real estate financing transactions. Responsibilities: u2022 Draft and negotiate legal agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, leases, and loan documents. u2022 Provide expert legal advice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and dispositions. u2022 Represent clients in real estate financing transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. u2022 Review and analyze complex legal documents to identify risks and opportunities. u2022 Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to structure and close real estate deals. u2022 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions. u2022 Manage legal aspects of development-related agreements, ensuring all terms align with client objectives. u2022 Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making and strategy development. u2022 Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments to provide informed counsel.
