Youu2019ll be immersed in the process of developing architectural concepts, designs, and drawings for transit environments through freehand sketching and the use of design software such as Revit. Alongside senior designers, architects, and engineers, youu2019ll help scale, model, and deliver worldu2011class rail and transit this position, you will work within a multidisciplinary rail and transit team, collaborating with civil, structural, systems, and operations specialists. Your work will blend theoretical learning with realu2011world application. Under the guidance of professional architects, engineers, and senior technical staff, you will receive handsu2011on mentorship while supporting architectural design for transitu2011related projects. Using visualization and analysis tools such as Enscape, Lumion, 3D Studio Max, or similar software, you will help develop and communicate design solutions that support efficient, safe, and passengeru2011focused transit systems.Your responsibilities will also include: Preparing and developing drawings, models, renderings, and documentation within a BIMu2011focused environment Supporting the design of rail and transit architecture such as stations, platforms, concourses, support buildings, and intermodal facilities Producing architectural designs and collaborating with other designers using software including Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Grasshopper, MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD are a bonus) Assisting with coordination across disciplines to integrate architectural design with rail systems, accessibility requirements, and operational needs Supporting project and team administration tasks Producing projectu2011related correspondence, reports, and presentation materials Working closely with architectural colleagues and other rail and transit specialistsYouu2019ll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your early career.
