Overview The Commissioning Provider I provides leadership in all aspects of one or more construction projects and leads the commissioning team to execute multiple commissioning projects. Provide leadership and oversight to the Commissioning team to ensure that the commissioning scope of work is executed in an efficient and accurate manner. Frequently interacts with the owner, owneru2019s representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in MEP Coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and Test & Balance (TAB) to ensure operational precision. You will be responsible for driving the commissioning process, resolving technical field issues, and validating that all systems meet peak performance and safety standards. Responsibilities u2022 Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills. u2022 Strong project management and scheduling skills. u2022 Generates and/or reviews checklists and functional performance tests u2022 Performs Functional performance testing u2022 Performs site walks, observes equipment startup and generates observation reports and issues log. u2022 Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified. u2022 Participate in the execution of commissioning tasks in the field with the commissioning team. u2022 Interact directly with owners and clients to manage expectations. u2022 Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules. u2022 Attends and/ or Leads Construction and Commissioning coordination meetings u2022 Act as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. u2022 Schedules and coordinates commissioning activities with multiple parties. u2022 Reviews project documentation providing comments to owner and project teams. u2022 Participates in owner training u2022 Develops the commissioning plan, and final commissioning report. u2022 Manage multiple commissioning projects, including client interface, team coordination, schedule, and budget management. u2022 Coordinate with clients, external resources, and internal team members to ensure that the client requirements have been accurately documented and communicated to all parties. u2022 Contribute to improving commissioning processes and building on commissioning best practices. u2022 Manage the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through the completion of construction. u2022 Manage all incoming project information from clients, internal and external customers; and distribute to Commissioning Team. u2022 Work with the Commissioning Project Manager and Director to understand construction project resources and track project progress against established timelines, schedules, and budgets. u2022 Ensure client deliverables meet ENFRA's quality standards at delivery u2022 Perform and mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks. u2022 Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement. u2022 Upholds ENFRAu2019s owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications u2022 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience; mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or testing adjusting and balancing u2022 Experience with building construction, especially mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and / or testing adjusting and balancing. u2022 Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, or ability to obtain this certification within 6months employment. u2022 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) u2022 Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy) u2022 Familiarity with Bluebeam software u2022 Effective verbal and written communication skills u2022 Strong scope management and scheduling skills u2022 Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment u2022 Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships. u2022 Able to interact with owner, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects in a professional manner u2022 Versed in the industry and company's competitors u2022 Working knowledge of Commercial Mechanical and Electrical equipment and design. Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications u2022 Associates degree or higher preferred Travel Requirements u2022 25-40% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location. Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Operating machinery and/or power tools Environmental Conditions Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind Noisy environment Physical Demands Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds Pay Range USD $88,380.00 - USD $117,970.00 /Yr.
