Our client, a leader in machine tooling industry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Service Department supporting customer operations in MI & OH Job Title: Field Service Engineer Direct Hire Location: Toledo, OH Pay Range: $80,000 - $83,000 + Company Vehicle What's the Job? + Provide customers with maintenance, repair, and installation assistance of CNC machine tools on location or by telephone. + Create and update documentation of technical information and generate reports related to service activities. + Assist and train Customeru2019s Service Engineers on the installation and maintenance of newer product lines. + Establish and maintain exemplary communication and customer service relationships with clients. + Manage challenging customer situations positively, respond promptly to needs, and solicit feedback to improve service quality. What's Needed? + Bacheloru2019s or Associateu2019s Degree in a technical field preferred. + 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools. + Experience working with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens controls is a plus. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. + Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
