Note:Must be licensed in Michigan and have hands-on PIP / no-fault litigation experience. This is not a property coverage role. Job Description Manage a caseload of PIP / no-fault litigation matters from early strategy through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents with a high level of quality Handle court appearances, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and case strategy Work closely with clients, adjusters, experts, and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently Evaluate claims, assess exposure, and develop practical litigation strategies Support case resolution through negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation as needed Contribute to a team-oriented practice group focused on strong results and responsive client service Qualifications Michigan Bar license required 1+ years of personal injury protection / no-fault litigation experience Strong legal writing, case management, and communication skills Insurance defense experience preferred Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based near Southfield Trial, hearing, deposition, and motion experience is a plus Why You Will Love Working Here We offer the chance to do sophisticated, steady litigation work in a firm where people build long-term careers.
