Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational pleted Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.Active Michigan state SLP license required to start the assignment.BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including clinical bedside swallowing evaluations and instrumental assessments (VFSS/FEES) coordination, preferred.Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation in SNF settings preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 08:30-16:30.Schedule Pattern: 5x8.Start: ASAP.Contract Length: 13 weeks.Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
