Minimum Requirements Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license for Missouri required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross may be required.Some Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience required.Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care accurately.Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.Preferred: Experience with common SNF modalities and rehab equipment such as therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, and balance training.
