Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated Python Developer -Automation/Custom Agents (NJ/NC) to join their dynamic team. As a Python Developer -Automation/Custom Agents (NJ/NC), you will be an integral part of the Data Platform Services Group supporting Sandy Thomson's organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization. Job Title: Python Developer -Automation/Custom Agents (NJ/NC) Location: Pennington, New Jersey What's the Job? + Develop and build cloud-native, containerized applications and automation solutions deployed on Red Hat OpenShift. + Create custom agents and services using Python to automate workflows and streamline processes. + Integrate solutions with GitHub and support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including code generation and repository automation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure solutions suitable for enterprise environments. + Maintain and enhance existing automation tools, ensuring optimal performance and security standards are met. What's Needed? + Proficiency in Python development, with experience in building automation and custom agents. + Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift platforms. + Familiarity with GitHub-based DevOps tooling and automation practices. + Strong understanding of cloud-native application deployment and enterprise security considerations. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
