If you share our values for team, people, and service, we encourage you to apply with us!Pay Rate: $21 per hour with regular bonus opportunitiesWhat We Offer:Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership programInstant offers - standout candidates can receive conditional offers immediately after their interviewGreat tips featuring both cash and mobile tipping (when filling in as a Shuttle Driver), and regular bonus opportunities for those who are eligibleConsistent schedulesFor those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k) plan benefitsFor those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid HolidaysTraining and professional development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities of Supervisors:Ensure employees perform their duties as requiredMonitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilityMonitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employeesReport any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to managementAudit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) and Shuttle DriversMust be able to contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as neededComply with all regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehiclesPerform frontline positionssuch as Parking Guest Attendant, Shuttle Driver, and others as requested by ManagementPerform additional duties and assists in other departments as reasonably requested by ManagementKnowledge, Skills, & Experience of Supervisors:Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh school education or equivalent; some college is preferredSome supervisory experience preferredCurrently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee HandbookCurrently holds all applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicleMust be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulationsCan read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skillsDemonstrates leadership, communication and organizational skillsAbility to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodationExperience with Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred___Any disclosed pay range is based on a consideration of neutral factors and criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, etc. The Parking Spot reserves the right to offer the selected candidate or applicant a salary at an appropriate level to be set and determined by the employer that is commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, or seniority.At The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
