Manpower's client in Greenville, Ohiois seeking day and night shift Operator Assistantsto join their team. As an operator assistant,you will be part of the Production team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2year's manufacturing experience, good work history with longevity,and be reliable,which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operator Assistant Location: Greenville, Ohio Pay Range: $19-$20.50 per hour What’s the Job? Loading raw materials for the machine operator Unloading and stacking finished parts Providing troubleshooting techniques for the operator Performing quality checks for parts, using micrometers and measuring tape. What’s Needed? Must be able to work 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience working with polymer materials and processes is a plus High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen What’s in it for me?
