Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations for a Long-term Contract opportunity in Chatsworth, California. This role is well suited for a detail-focused individual who can manage employee documentation, coordinate recruiting activities, and help maintain efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% onsite in Chatsworth. Remote or hybrid is not available for this position. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage HR administrative activities by maintaining employee files, updating records, and helping ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations. u2022 Prepare and distribute employment-related documents, including offer paperwork, agreements, and new-employee materials, with a high level of accuracy. u2022 Coordinate recruiting support by posting openings, arranging interviews, and serving as a point of contact for candidate scheduling and communication. u2022 Facilitate onboarding tasks to create a smooth start for new employees, including collecting required documentation and tracking completion steps. u2022 Respond to employee questions related to HR guidelines, procedures, and benefit programs in a timely and courteous manner. u2022 Maintain information within HR systems and produce reports to support routine tracking, audits, and workforce planning needs. u2022 Assist with pre-employment screening coordination and related activities to support hiring compliance. u2022 Support the planning and execution of employee events, meetings, and training sessions as needed. Requirements u2022 3-4+ years of experience in human resources support, HR administration, or a related HR generalist function. u2022 Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate personnel data and reports. u2022 Experience supporting onboarding activities and managing employment documentation. u2022 Must have strong familiarity with employee relations support and responding to routine HR inquiries. u2022 Experience coordinating background checks or other pre-employment screening processes. u2022 Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. u2022 Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-focused and service-oriented approach TalentMatchu00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
