echanical Assembler (Manufacturing) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers with a strong background in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience and the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and part/wire lists. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical assembly of components following detailed blueprints and specifications Interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and wiring lists Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools, including drill presses Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 6 months to 1+ year of related mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting IPC J-STD-001 certification (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Preferred Qualifications: Additional IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21, IPC/WHMA-A-620) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Soft Skills: Effective communication skills Strong work ethic and reliability Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
