Job Title: Office Administrator Location: ColumbusReports to: Office Manager/Department HeadJob Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functions, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with office-related needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses and redirection to appropriate personnel. Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary. Greet and assist visitors, providing a friendly and professional office environment. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars. Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and confidentiality. Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required. Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other important documents. Financial Tasks: Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in coordination with the finance department. Manage petty cash and handle light bookkeeping tasks. Office Operations: Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and safe workspace. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparation of office space and administrative setup. Handle mail distribution, shipping, and receiving of packages. Event Coordination: Plan and organize office events, meetings, and other company functions. Assist in travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred). Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative or office support role. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
