The scope spans intelligent systems,full stacksolution development, andhuman AIinteraction, alongside close collaboration with Sales to translate business challenges into scalable,production readysolutions. The role contributes to building and positioningcloud based, customizable agentic AI offerings, combininghands onsolution development with discovery, technical validation, andcustomer facingdemonstrations to enable credible, differentiatedAI as aServiceoutcomes. Role Overview This role supports the end-to-end sales execution of highly standardized, productized Agentic AI solutions for mid-market clients with revenues ranging from $500M to $7B . The focus is onassistingwith needs assessment, clear solution positioning, and efficient deal execution for predefined offerings that deliver measurable business outcomes. The role supports sales activities from initialdiscovery through deal closure across new and existing mid-market accounts, including straightforward offerings requiring little to no custom solutioning, such as packaged solutions oradditionallicenses. As part of the client-facing sales team, the roleparticipatesin discovery conversations, helps address client questions and concerns, and supports informed decision-making. The role works closely with Mid-Market Account Success Management and senior sales leads to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery , supporting seamless client onboarding, adoption, and earlyvalue realization. The role engagesmid u2011 marketclients across industries to research accounts, support discovery conversations, and assess alignment with predefined offerings. Working under the guidance of senior sales leads and in partnership withMid u2011 MarketAccount Success Management, the role contributes to effective handoff, onboarding readiness, and early value realization. Key Responsibilities + Executeearly u2011 stagemid u2011 marketsales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification ofnew u2011 logoopportunities. + Research andidentifyprospectivemid u2011 marketaccounts using defined criteria and multiple outreach channels, including email, cold outreach, social platforms, and industry events. + Support initial engagement withdecision u2011 makersand key stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and solution fit. + Build andmaintainan organized pipeline of qualified leads; support transition ofsales u2011 readyopportunities to theMid u2011 MarketAccount team with documented insights and context. + Participate in discovery meetings and needs assessments to capture client requirements andbuyingsignals. + Support positioning of standardized Agentic AI offerings aligned to client needs, budgets, and buying patterns. + Assistin articulating value propositions, ROI considerations, and success metrics tied to predefined solutions. + Support proposal development, demos, pilots, and proofs of value in collaboration with sales,solution, and engineering teams. + Assistwithdealexecution activities, including pricing coordination, contract readiness, and alignment with Legal and Finance. + MaintainaccurateCRM records and providetimelypipeline updates to sales leadership. + Supportpost u2011 closehandoff activities to enable onboarding, adoption, and early customer success. Travel may berequiredfor this role. Travel can vary between 0-100% depending on client requirements. Here's What You Need: + Minimum2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales support,pre u2011 sales, consulting, or client u2011 facing analytical rolesincludingpreviousexperiencesupporting structured, repeatable sales motions for technology platforms or solutions. + Minimum2+yearsexperiencecollaborating with cross u2011 functional sales, delivery, and technical teams. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or AI concepts at a business level. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relatedfield, or(minimum 12 years) work experience. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
