Salary Range $60,008.00 - $72,800.00 Salary Position Type Full Time Education Level Masters Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category Nonprofit - Social Services Description Clinician, Residential Social Workers and Mental Health Professionals with Limited Permit are eligible for $2500 retention bonus Licensed Social Workers & Mental Health Professionals are eligible for a $7500 retention bonus As a Clinician, you will coordinate client assessments and work with the child, family, legal guardian, law guardian, psychiatrist, nurse, psychologist, educators, child care staff, and other providers to prepare, implement and monitor a comprehensive, permanency-focused case plan for children in the Residential Program. You will report to the Director of the Residential Treatment Facility and will work on-site. Responsibilities: + Work with the direct treatment providers to establish treatment goals for children, utilizing historical and current available information. + Meet and communicate with biological families, guardians, foster families, and case workers. + Assess individual and family situations. + Identify problem areas, treatment goals and methods to attain goals. + Provide therapeutic services to children on at least a weekly basis and families on at least a bi-weekly basis using differential treatment modalities. + Work with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan and to monitor ongoing progress of child and family. + Learn and practice case coordination skills. + Work with referring and collateral agencies and prepare reports and correspondence as needed. + Record and maintain case record in accord with Agency, OMH, and other state mandates. + Participate in intake assessments as assigned. + Diligently plan for discharge/permanency, at the time of admission. + Actively communicate with clients and customers through phone and email correspondence. + Ensure quality oversight and improvement services. Requirements and Education: + Requires a Masteru2019s degree; related experience preferred. + RTF Clinician requires two years of related experience. + Professional licensure preferred: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. + Must pass physical. + Must be able to complete TCI training.
