St. Lukeu2019s Health System in Boise is seeking a Medication Assistance Specialist. These roles help patients access and afford essential medications by securing financial assistance and navigating insurance requirements. Youu2019ll collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams to remove barriers to medication access. Primarily based on-site at St. Lukeu2019s, this position focuses on reducing patientsu2019 prescription costs by identifying and obtaining support through manufacturer programs, charitable foundations, grants, and St. Lukeu2019s Foundation funds. Our Medication Assistance Specialist responsibilities include: Medication AssistTeam: Help patients reduce out-of-pocket costs byidentifyingand securing support through manufacturer programs and St. Lukeu2019s Foundation funds. Identifyand enroll patientsin medicationassistanceprograms. Collaboratewith St. Lukeu2019s Foundation to access internal financial support. Conductinsurance and financial reviews. Serve as a liaisonbetween patients, providers, and third-party payers What to expect: Location: St. Lukeu2019s Plaza Boise - Potential for 1 day a week Hybrid after full, on-site training.
