This role will be responsible for leadingthe governance, performance management, schedule management, scopemanagement, and cost management of Global priority programs to ensureall deliverables are executed on time and on budget and benefitsrealization.This role will be responsible for leading the governance, performancemanagement, schedule management, scope management, and cost managementof NA DTX portfolio to ensure all deliverables are executed on time andon budget and benefits realization.The DTX NA Portfolio Senior Manager will establish a standardizedproject portfolio management methodology, transformation processes, andways of working to unlock speed of execution, increase team efficiency,and enable a one PepsiCo approach to project management delivery. Theposition will be a critical role in driving a competitive advantage forPepsiCo by capturing greater and faster value delivery for projects.This role will be a strategic thought partner to the executive sponsor,consistently influence senior leader stakeholders, and will partner withexternal stakeholders as needed. It will provide a fast-pacedenvironment with a culture of experimenting, learning, and continuouslyimproving.This role will develop a comprehensive understanding of Digital CommerceEcosystem,to accelerate sales and share growth, enhance smartavailability and supply orchestration, and strengthen consumer loyaltythrough personalized and value-led programs. The role will also enableretail media optimization programs to drive incremental sales, marketshare, and profitability, ensuring initiatives are aligned to businesspriorities and deliver measurable impact.The role will also manage market resourcing and resource coordinationthroughout all program phases to ensure effective program delivery andspending.Responsibilities Partner with Transformation Program Leadership Team andTransformation Program Deployment Lead to shape Transformation ProgramAgenda (roadmap, sequencing, AOP plans, budgets and costs) Establish governance structure, facilitate governance councils,coordinate governance content generation, and perform stage managementagainst an aligned set of exit criteria Lead performance management including schedule/scope/cost progresstracking, status reporting, risk/issue/dependency management, postaudits, and capturing lessons learned Lead, centralize, and manage project scorecard and overallprogress/health tracking for project sponsors and key stakeholders Monitor progress of projects change management, value realization,technical deliverables and facilitate issue/risk mitigation and actionplans. Coordinate business go-live and deployment Manage resource and risk management, central repository of projectmaterials, and gap assessment documentation Lead schedule management including roadmap development, projectschedule development, and roadmap/schedule change request management Build, maintain, and manage the project roadmap and end-to-endproject deliverables across the project lifecycle. Lead scope management including scope definition, deliverabledefinition, and scope change request management Lead cost management including budget alignment and budget changerequest management Identify and coordinate Program integration/interdependencyopportunities and risks, along with risk mitigation plans. Ensure COE project management standards are consistently executedincluding project management methodology, playbook, t ols, and roles &responsibilities. Facilitate collaborative knowledge transfers between BU and Sectorproject teams, capturing and disseminating lessons pensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$123,500 - $206,750. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% ofannual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.
