Youu2019ll use a consultative approach to understand their needs through discovery questions , provide tailored solutions, and close the sale u2014 all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do 1. Customer Connection - You will be the introduction to the Consumer Cellular experience. Your energy, curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions will help uncover customers' needs.
