A Day in the Life: u2022 Partner with the creative and design teams to concept and create graphics for web and social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn u2022 Actively participate in creative ideation and bring fresh ideas to the table, beyond execution u2022 Collaborate with video and motion teams to support animated social media content u2022 Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities u2022 Leverage AI tools for image generation or workflow efficiency, as applicable Requirements Top 3 Must-Haves: u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite u2022 Retail or agency experience clearly demonstrated in portfolio u2022 Ability to step into the role quickly and manage work with minimal direction What Weu2019re Really Looking For: This role requires a designer who can operate independently, bridge creative vision with business needs, and provide steady support during highu2011priority initiatives such as targeted promotions.
